Can’t login to eazyBackup – Login information doesn’t work

Please ensure you’re using the correct login information. eazyBackup will use 2 sets of login credentials:

Backup Account

– Your backup account username and password are created when you sign up for the eazyBackup service.
The backup account username/password you choose can only be used with the eazyBackup software and will not work when attempting to log into the client area from the eazyBackup website.

Client Area

– When your purchase the eazyBackup service, your email is used to create a new account for billing and support services.
Your account email is used with your client area and will not work when attempting to log into the eazyBackup software.
